elementary school teacher, Frances' level of professionalism is unparalleled. She possesses a wealth of compassion and

uncompromised precept. Her intentional
ministry of caring for families during difficult times makes every family feel

Robert L. Henry
Vice President
Robert
L. Henry heeded the clarion call to venture into the funeral service business
in 2006 when his wife, Frances Bell Henry, found the demands of maintaining the
legacy-rich family-owned and operated business somewhat overwhelming. Bob
retired from architecture, and at the age of 74 returned to school to earn a
degree in Mortuary Science, ultimately becoming a Licensed Funeral Director. As
Vice President and valued member of the Executive Board, his diversity of life
experiences and deep, caring attitude render him a tremendous asset to the
business and families served by Frank R. Bell Funeral Home. (NYSLFD)
Dr. Eric D. Garnes, MPS
Corporate Secretary/Treasurer & General Manager
Bishop Eric D. Garnes, D.Min. is a celebrated pastor, preacher, teacher
and scholar of the Gospel. These attributes naturally engender him to care,
comfort and bring commitment to the ministry of the bereaved. Bishop joined the staff to support his family
vision since 1985, in his role as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, Executive
Board Member, and General Manager. He is deeply
committed to maintaining the degree of excellence and professionalism that has
been the legacy of Frank R. Bell Funeral Home for the past sixty plus years.

Arelethia LaBorde
Chief Financial Officer/Special Projects
Arelethia “Lisa” LaBorde has a
passion for people, service and excellence. Educated and credentialed in New
York City with a vast background in Marketing, Finance and mentoring young
people, her life-long philosophy and work ethic is summarized by a popular
quote, “Every job is a self-portrait of
the person who did it. Autograph your
work with excellence.” Lisa has a strong reverence for God, family,
authentic friendships and ministry. Lisa has been a member of the Frank R. Bell
Funeral Home, Inc. family since 2012 serving as its Chief Financial Officer,
and was invited to join the Executive Board of Directors in 2018.
