Zilla Eloise (Duncan) Joseph

Zilla Eloise Duncan departed this life on July 1, 2026. Zilla was born on August 28, 1977,  in Point Fortin, Trinidad to proud parents Cecilia “Violet” and Stephen Duncan. She was the third of five children.  In August 1999, Zilla married Gary Joseph.  They had two children together, Ian and Kayla. 

Zilla spent her days grateful for life and traveling to her favorite place to in the world, Grenada. Grenada became her home away from home, where she spent a lot of time learning about the country and pursuing her passion for agriculture and farming.         

Zilla is survived by her spouse, Gary Joseph; children, Ian and Kayla; mother, Cecilia “Violet”; siblings – Anthony, Peter, ShellyAnn, Stevie; nieces and nephews - Andrea, Sasha, Malaysia, A.J., Isaiah, Thalia and Amara; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Zilla will be greatly missed; her kindness and love touched the lives of many. She was always ready and willing to help those closest to her. Her memory will forever live in our hearts.
