Theresa Weeks

Theresa Weeks was born to the late Delores Weeks and James Henry Weeks on June 20th 1969 In Brooklyn New York. She graduated from Boys and Girls High School where she ran track and was mostly known for her athletic abilities.

Theresa was a devoted Mother to Ma’Shanta Pitts and Jahmani Daniel, and a proud grandmother to Kymani Pratt (her grand boo- boo) Throughout her years, Theresa resided in Brooklyn, New York. Theresa Weeks was a BSTF Agent with the NYPD School Safety Division where she worked for 15 years. During her time with School Safety she accomplished many achievements. Weeks was a MVP SSDAL Softball, Allstar champion. She also participated in many other sports such as football & bowling. Theresa Weeks was truly a team player and will forever be adored and respected for her positive impact she had on all of those who came in contact with her.

On January 11th our beloved Theresa earned her wings and went home to heaven, Theresa shared an abundance of love with everyone with her inspirational words and her we got this attitude. Her spirit was all about positivity, faith and love she will forever be loved and truly missed.

Theresa leaves behind a legacy of her daughters Ma’Shanta Pitts and Jahmani Daniel, one grandson Kymani Pratt, 4 sisters Jeanette Weeks (Terrence Payne), Delores Benjamin (Vaugnh Benjamin), Karen Llopiz (Jose Llopiz), Gloria Roberts (Vernon Roberts), 3 brothers Jamaine Weeks (Karen Hemmings-Weeks), James Weeks and Anthony Chapman (Deceased) her only living aunt Cynthia Thompson and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Theresa will not be with us physically but her spirit will always remain with us.
