Tashan was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, popular throughout the Flatbush, Crown Heights and Canarsie areas. He received his education in Brooklyn and was an honor roll student at St. Paul Community Christian School. Tashan graduated from John F. Kennedy High School, and went on to pursue business school.
An entrepreneur and comedian at heart, Tashan worked his way up from security at many clubs in New York to becoming a beloved party promoter, planner, investor and small business owner, always looking to bring everyone a good time and create opportunities for everyone.
Tashan was a generous, caring young man with a sense of humor that had us all rolling with laughter. He was an organizer and profoundly proud of his Black culture. He was known for being loyal, loving, protective, and a provider, especially to all the women in his life. Tashan touched many people and liked for his community to feel like they were a part of something bigger than them all.
Tashan loved cars from the very start, and loud reggae, rap, R&B & gospel music bumping in the back every day!
Tashan will be missed for bringing his crazy sense of humor and his meaningful presence into every room.
