Rosa Mae Cooper-Cadle, the youngest of five siblings, was born on March 25, 1955 in Queens, New York to (the late) Levelt Cooper and Louise JacksonCooper.
As a young girl, she attended Public School 7 in Astoria, Queens for awhile until her parents moved to East Elmhurst, Queens where she resumed her schooling at Public School 127. From there, she attended Intermediate School 145, graduated, and went on to attend Bryant High School where she met her late husband Marck AntonioCadle, Sr.
Rosa Mae was a peaceful and caring soul who never let life’s struggles get her down. She cared for others as if they were her own. She always found a way to help people whether she could spare it or not. Rosa Mae was the epitome of selfless love.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, Rosa Mae CooperCadle departed this life. She is survived by her sister Louise Cooper; her six children: Marck, Jr., Charisse, Mahdi, Ramisha, Muhammad and Felicia; her twenty-six grandchildren: Ramel, Khalil, Malik, Melody, Madison, Shauntanika, Saphyah, Shahiem, Shaniquah, Ramesha, Shaniah, Shaylan, Shakhim, Shamar, Jahnieciah, Diamond, Andre, Talud, Jr., Quayva, Zalen, Khyrie, Tanaysia, Angelous, Ariel, Shalaye and Alberto, Jr.; her two sons-inlaw: Kahsaan and Talud, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Carolyn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
