Rebecca lived a simple life and devoted her time praising God. Rebecca was a devoted Christian and faithful member of the Church of St. Luke and St. Matthews, Brooklyn, New York, and Piney Grove Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia. After moving back to Brooklyn New York, Rebecca became a life-long member and worshiped at Allen Memorial AME Church under the guidance of Pastor Peters. Rebecca also loved to travel and did so as a loyal member of the International Lions Club, District 20-K1, Brooklyn Farragut Chapter, Brooklyn New York.
Rebecca was a strong and hard-working single mother who deeply loved each of her children and raised them to be the successes they are today. She was also very creative and an avid craft maker. Rebecca spent numerous hours creating so many craftworks while sometimes dozing off with the needle in her hand…never missing a stitch. She created her craftwork and gifted it to family and friends. Rebecca’s generous nature and kindness was known and loved by so many people who knew her. She touched the lives of so many who adored her.
