Louise Walters was born in Lower Buxton, St Ann, Jamaica on July 14, 1932. She was the third of fifteen children born to the late Lucinda Tucker and Nehemiah Palmer.
Louise Palmer was married to Edward Walters who predeceased her in August 1978.
Louise was an active member in her church, Shiloh Apostolic, Kingston Lane, Jamaica until her migration to the United States in 2005.
She is Survived by her Children: Dalton (Roy), Oral (Bobby), Robertha (Bertha), Evelyn (Lyn), Calvorine (Pleasant) and Suzette (Susan), Daughters and Sons in law. Her son, Paster Glenworth Walters left for glory before her on March 9, 2021.
Grand-Children: Rohan, Dalton (Tony), Natalie, Marshalee (Joy), Shanice, Roje, Ryan, Mikhail, Trisha, Tammoi, Racquelle, Hakeen, Tyreese, Sydney (Hannah), Lajae, Johzan (Megan), Onecia (Necie).
Great Grand-Children: Naeem, Nashan, Mila, Nia, Quianna, Raheem, Javari, Dalton, Isaiah, Asriel, Kyra, Lanique, Ajahnae and Ajauni.
Siblings: Mabel, Lillian, Hazel, Ivan, Matthew and Betty;
Beloved a Nurse Aide Audrey; And her many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
