Darian C. Joseph Obituary

Darian Carlton Joseph was born on November 13th, 1988 in Brooklyn, New York to (the late) Cherryl Allison Rowena Bobb-Joseph and Barrymore Carlton Ilford Joseph.

Darian attended Ebenezer Preparatory School in Brooklyn, and St. Mary's High School in Jersey City, New Jersey. He continued his education at Hudson County Community College where he fostered a love for the creative arts and storytelling through cartooning before beginning a career in security.

In more recent years, Darian developed an affinity for the Philippines, and took many trips there.  In fact, on May 16th, 2019, Darian married Uzziel Magbotong Joseph in Antipole City, Philippines. Wanting to grow their family, they adopted Zia Joy Joseph a little over a year later on July 11th, 2020.  Darian loved them both greatly.

On Thursday, March 12th, 2026, Darian Carlton Joseph departed this life to move on to the next (just days before his beloved mother's birthday on March 16th). Together, they will continue to watch over us all as we carry on in our own lives to make them proud.

Darian was predeceased by his mother Cherryl.  He leaves behind to mourn and cherish his memory, his beloved wife Uzziel; his daughter Zia Joy; his father Barrymore; two brothers: Nigel and Kyle; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and friends.
