Tracy Ann Stephens was born in York Pennsylvania to Fern Stephens and Anthony Stephens on November 18, 1967. She passed on July 10, 2018.
She earned a Bachelors degree in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, studied in the certificate program at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, and earned a Masters degree in Education focused on Curriculum Instruction and Assessment from Walden University.
She is survived by her son Tyjhai Stephens, her brother Tony Stephens, her mother Fern Stephens, and father Anthony Stephens.
